Accessing STPro Actor
STPro Actor is the character creation and customization application available within STPro Studio.
It allows users to create, customize, save, and render human characters directly from a web browser.
Users can access STPro Actor through the STPro Studio dashboard after successfully logging into their account.
Purpose of STPro Actor
Section titled “Purpose of STPro Actor”STPro Actor is designed to help users create personalized characters for use in animation projects.
Users can:
- Create custom human actors
- Customize character appearance
- Modify clothing
- Apply poses
- Preview character designs
- Render completed actors
- Use rendered actors inside STPro Animator
Prerequisites
Section titled “Prerequisites”Before accessing STPro Actor, users must:
- Have a registered STPro Studio account
- Successfully log in to STPro Studio
- Have an active internet connection
- Use a supported web browser
Opening STPro Studio
Section titled “Opening STPro Studio”To begin:
- Open a supported web browser.
- Visit:
- Log in using one of the available authentication methods.
Available login methods:
- Google Authentication
- Email Authentication
After successful login, the STPro Studio dashboard opens.
Accessing STPro Actor
Section titled “Accessing STPro Actor”Step 1 — Open Dashboard
Section titled “Step 1 — Open Dashboard”After authentication, users are redirected to the STPro Studio dashboard.
The dashboard serves as the central access point for all STPro applications.
Step 2 — Locate STPro Actor
Section titled “Step 2 — Locate STPro Actor”Find the STPro Actor section within the dashboard.
This section provides access to the character creation workspace.
Step 3 — Launch STPro Actor
Section titled “Step 3 — Launch STPro Actor”Click Launch Actor.
The STPro Actor workspace opens inside the browser.
Users can now begin creating or editing characters.
First-Time Access Experience
Section titled “First-Time Access Experience”When opening STPro Actor for the first time:
- No custom actors may be available
- Users can immediately start creating a new actor
- Default customization categories become available
- Character preview tools are enabled
The workspace is ready for character creation.
Browser-Based Access
Section titled “Browser-Based Access”STPro Actor operates entirely within the browser.
Advantages include:
- No software installation
- Easy access from supported devices
- Automatic platform updates
- Cloud-based workflow
- Consistent user experience
Supported Browsers
Section titled “Supported Browsers”For the best experience, use:
- Google Chrome
- Microsoft Edge
- Mozilla Firefox
- Brave Browser
Using the latest browser version is recommended.
Internet Requirements
Section titled “Internet Requirements”A stable internet connection is recommended for:
- Loading character assets
- Saving progress
- Rendering actors
- Accessing render history
- Synchronizing account data
Poor connectivity may affect loading and rendering performance.
Subscription Requirement
Section titled “Subscription Requirement”Users can access and customize characters without a subscription.
However, rendering custom actors requires an active subscription plan.
Without an active subscription, users can:
- Create actors
- Edit actors
- Preview actors
- Save actor projects
Rendering remains unavailable until a subscription is activated.
Note
STPro Actor rendering is a premium feature.
Users without an active subscription can create and customize characters but cannot render them.
Saving While Working
Section titled “Saving While Working”Users should save their actor projects regularly during customization.
Saving helps preserve:
- Character appearance
- Clothing selections
- Pose settings
- Skin color selections
- Other customization changes
Note
Unsaved changes may be lost when reopening an actor project or when switching between customization categories.
Regular saving is strongly recommended.
