Actor Interface Overview
The STPro Actor interface provides all the tools required to create, customize, preview, save, and render human characters.
The workspace is designed to provide a simple and organized character creation experience while giving users complete control over character appearance and customization options.
The interface is divided into multiple sections that work together during the actor creation process.
Purpose of the Interface
Section titled “Purpose of the Interface”The STPro Actor interface helps users:
- Create custom characters
- Modify appearance attributes
- Preview changes instantly
- Manage customization options
- Save character progress
- Render completed actors
- Access render history
The interface is designed to keep all important tools easily accessible during character creation.
Main Interface Sections
Section titled “Main Interface Sections”The STPro Actor workspace consists of several major areas.
These include:
- Top Toolbar
- Character Preview Area
- Customization Panel
- Used Items Panel
- Pose Controls
- Skin Color Controls
Each section serves a specific purpose in the actor creation workflow.
Top Toolbar
Section titled “Top Toolbar”The top toolbar contains project-level controls and actions.
Common options include:
- Project Name
- Back Navigation
- Save
- Reset Position
- Render
- Render History
These controls allow users to manage the current actor project efficiently.
Project Name
Section titled “Project Name”The project name appears at the top of the workspace.
Users can:
- View project name
- Rename projects
- Organize actor projects more easily
Proper project naming helps maintain an organized workflow.
Save Button
Section titled “Save Button”The Save button stores the current state of the actor project.
Saving preserves:
- Appearance changes
- Clothing selections
- Pose selections
- Skin colors
- Customization settings
Users should save frequently during character creation.
Note
Unsaved changes may be lost when reopening projects or making additional customization changes.
Saving progress regularly is strongly recommended.
Reset Position Button
Section titled “Reset Position Button”The Reset Position option restores the character preview to its default position.
This feature is useful when:
- The character moves out of view
- The preview becomes difficult to inspect
- Users want to re-center the actor
Reset Position affects only the preview location and does not remove customization changes.
Render Button
Section titled “Render Button”The Render button starts the actor rendering process.
After rendering:
- The actor is processed by the STPro Actor system
- The rendered actor becomes available inside STPro Animator
- Users can use the actor in animation projects
Rendering requires an active subscription.
Note
Users without an active subscription can create and customize actors but cannot render them.
Render History Button
Section titled “Render History Button”The Render History section helps users track previous render operations.
Users can:
- View rendered actors
- Track render activity
- Verify completed renders
- Monitor rendering progress
This feature helps users manage character production workflows.
Character Preview Area
Section titled “Character Preview Area”The center section of the interface contains the character preview area.
This area displays the current actor being customized.
Users can visually inspect:
- Facial features
- Clothing
- Body appearance
- Poses
- Skin colors
All customization changes appear instantly inside the preview.
Customization Panel
Section titled “Customization Panel”The customization panel is typically located on the left side of the interface.
This panel contains all available character customization categories.
Users can browse and modify different character components from this area.

Section titled “Customization Features”Available categories may include:
Contains customization options such as:
- Eye Balls
- Hair
- Head Styles
- Ears
- Nose
- Eye Lids
- Lips
Contains body-related customization options.
Examples include:
- Hands

Top Clothes
Section titled “Top Clothes”Allows users to customize upper-body clothing.
Examples include:
- Shirts
- Tops
- Jackets
- Other upper garments
Bottom Clothes
Section titled “Bottom Clothes”Allows users to customize lower-body clothing.
Examples include:
- Pants
- Bottom wear options
Full Clothes
Section titled “Full Clothes”Contains complete outfit options.
Examples include:
- Sarees
- Full-body clothing combinations
Allows users to select footwear options for the character.
Makeup
Section titled “Makeup”Contains appearance-enhancement options.
Examples may include:
- Makeup elements
- Cosmetic additions
- Decorative appearance options
Used Items Panel
Section titled “Used Items Panel”The Used Items panel displays currently applied customization items.
This section helps users quickly review selected components.
Examples include:
- Selected hair style
- Applied clothing
- Active customization items
The panel simplifies customization management.
Pose Controls
Section titled “Pose Controls”Pose Controls allow users to change the character’s viewing angle and body orientation.
Available pose options may include:
- Front View
- Side View
- Three-Quarter Front View
- Back View
- Three-Quarter Back View
Pose controls help users inspect customization details from multiple perspectives.
Skin Color Controls
Section titled “Skin Color Controls”The Skin Color section allows users to modify character skin tones.
Users can:
- Browse available skin colors
- Preview skin variations
- Apply preferred skin tones
Changes are reflected immediately in the preview area.
Real-Time Preview System
Section titled “Real-Time Preview System”The interface uses real-time updates.
Whenever users make a change:
- The preview updates instantly
- No manual refresh is required
- Customization decisions can be evaluated immediately
This improves workflow speed and accuracy.
Browser-Based Workflow
Section titled “Browser-Based Workflow”The entire actor creation process takes place inside the browser.
