Launching STPro Actor

After accessing STPro Studio, users can launch STPro Actor from the dashboard.

STPro Actor is the dedicated browser-based character creation and customization system inside STPro Studio.

The platform allows users to fully customize human characters for use inside STPro Animator projects.

From STPro Actor, users can:

  • Create custom human characters
  • Customize appearance and clothing
  • Preview character poses
  • Save customization progress
  • Render actors
  • Access render history
  • Can use rendered actors in Animator

Purpose of STPro Actor

STPro Actor is designed to help users create personalized characters directly from the browser.

It helps users:

  • Build unique human characters
  • Customize actors for storytelling
  • Create reusable animation characters
  • Improve scene personalization
  • Streamline animation workflows

Available Actions

Users can:

  • Change character appearance
  • Apply customization presets
  • Preview modifications
  • Reset character position
  • Save actor progress

Note for STPro Actor

STPro Actor currently supports only human character creation.

Additional actor categories such as animals, props, and vehicles may be added in future updates.

Saving Progress

Users should regularly save their actor customization progress during editing.

Saving progress helps prevent accidental data loss.

Why Saving is Important

Unsaved changes may reset when:

  • Reopening the project
  • Refreshing the browser
  • Switching customization sections
  • Applying other modifications

Note for STPro Actor

Users are strongly recommended to save progress frequently while editing characters. Users can save the progress by clicking on Save button or ctrl + s .

Actor Rendering

Section titled “Actor Rendering”

Rendering converts the customized character into a usable animation-ready actor.

After rendering:

  • The actor is processed by the STPro system. -Once the character is rendered successfully it creates all the available poses of that rendered character.
  • The rendered actor are pre rigged and becomes available inside STPro Animator
  • Users can use the actor in animation projects

Subscription Requirement

Rendering characters requires an active subscription.

Without subscription :

  • Character customization is allowed
  • Character preview is allowed
  • Rendering is restricted

Note for STPro Actor

Users without an active subscription cannot render actors.

Browser-Based Workflow

STPro Actor operates fully inside the browser.

  • No software installation
  • Easy accessibility
  • Lightweight workflow
  • Faster updates
  • Cross-device access

Performance Recommendations

  • Use updated browsers
  • Maintain stable internet connectivity
  • Use desktop or laptop devices
  • Save progress regularly
  • Avoid excessive browser tabs during rendering

Security and Session Management

STPro Actor operates using authenticated STPro Studio sessions.

For account safety:

  • Keep account credentials secure
  • Avoid shared device access
  • Logout after completing work on public systems
